DeliveryOur shipping is done via CANPAR. Deliveries are made between 9 and 5 EST Monday to Friday. CANPAR does not allow time specific deliveries for either ground or SELECT shipments (eg. by 1pm). CANPAR does not phone to arrange deliveries for either ground or SELECT shipments. SELECT service does not apply between December 22 and January 2. Shipment times reflect business days. CANPAR is unable to call ahead to arrange delivery.If this is requested, it will be your responsibility to contact the receiver. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Hospital/Retirement/CollegeHospital/Retirement/Colleges/and the like-GiftBasketsByOFK will not be held responsible for baskets that have been delivered to shipping and receiving, but not forwarded to the patient/student/recipient by the accepting facility. We recommend shipping to the patients home if at all possible.
Non Delivery/ Re-DeliveryIf a recipient is not home when a gift is delivered, and it is a house or business, a note will be left on the door instructing the recipient to either call the number provided to arrange for delivery or to sign the note with instructions on where to leave the gift for a re-delivery attempt the following business day. Due to their nature, no such notice will be left at apartments or office buildings. After two attempts, the gift will be returned to us. We will inform you immediately for further delivery instructions. An extra delivery charge will apply. If we do not hear back from you within 2 weeks of our contact, your basket will be disposed of and no refund will be given.
Incorrect AddressIf a basket is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. It is your responsibility to provide us with a complete and correct address. Please check your addresses carefully! (Including a daytime phone number where the recipient can be reached is highly recommended.)

We will, if requested by you, leave a gift on the porch or by the back door with a "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" sticker. However, we assume no responsibility for the package against theft, weather, or any other occurrence, once the package has been left in the requested location.

Quebec 1-2 business days (most is one day, but some remote may be 2 days, really remote may be 3, but this is rare) East Coast 2-3 business days Manitoba/ Saskatchewan 3-4 business days Alberta/BC 4-5 business days (more remote areas may be 6 or 7 business days)

Each item is shipped in its own shipping box and therefore shipping fees apply to each item, regardless of whether it is being shipped to the same address or not.
USA-CanparUSA-Canpar does not offer guaranteed service for US deliveries, as there could be delays at the border (although we have never had this happen).Our baskets usually clear within 24 hours. We are always researching new and affordable delivery options. We will let you know if and when we are able to offer guaranteed service
